The Goal: Development of a new Customer Portal
We were very happy, when in 2022, Lettering.com reached out to us for help with their project. Together, we worked on creating a customer portal that fits all their needs and seamlessly blends with their current systems.
For any business, creating a new customer portal can be a difficult undertaking. Connecting the new gateway to their current systems is one of Lettering.com's biggest concerns. As it necessitates seamless integration with numerous data sources and apps, this can be a challenging procedure. The old system must be compatible with the new gateway, and it must be able to communicate successfully with other programs and systems, while ensuring that legacy functions keep working.
Making sure the payment mechanism is effective as well as safe, especially when handling client data, is one of the major challenges when developing such a customer portal. We had to incorporate several payment methods and service providers as we created the portal so that users would have options when making purchases.
